But what about physics and algebra ?! What about these subjects if the child does not go to school?

Perhaps this is the second most frequent question after socialization that I hear. Now Grisha is in the 7th grade, and this very algebra caught up with us 😎 But oddly enough, there were no problems either with her, or with physics or geometry. We didn't take tutors or sign up for an online school. First, we decided to try our hand. And it turned out to be quite easy. The reason, I think, is that Grisha is already studying, mostly on his own 👌

He reads a textbook in physics, then watches a video on an Internet lesson or Russian electronic school, then fills out a workbook. Grisha likes physics, for inspiration he likes to watch the Pobedinsky and Alexei Ivanchenko channel. These are really cool, bright and very interesting physics YouTube channels. There is a lot of everything not according to the school curriculum, but it is insanely curious and useful 👌

In general, I do not interfere with the process of mastering physics. At school, Grisha passed the test for half a year this year, the teacher was very pleased.

With geometry and algebra, my help is required, because Grisha does not always understand the explanations from the video 🤷‍♀️, of course, I don’t remember the school curriculum, but I don’t see anything difficult in reading the explanation in the textbook and delivering it to the child. After all, the program is aimed at children! So why are we adults so afraid of her? In general, so far there have been no gaps. After my explanations, Grisha himself solves the problems, when difficulties arise, he turns to me, but not often. I spend a little time on this, about 15 minutes 3 times a week
