 Often in materials where two versions of the same car are compared, the author is tempted to praise the middle version: they say, “I am with the people, the maximum configuration did not captivate me, the middle version is quite enough for life”. But this rule does not work with the Mitsubishi ASX 2020 - in this case, the TOP version really gives important advantages: automatic transmission and four-wheel drive, new multimedia and more equipment. Although even in this form, the Mitsubishi ASX 2020 crossover is under strong pressure from competitors: suffice it to recall the Nissan Qashqai and Subaru XV, and the "big brother" Mitsubishi Outlander is not far in price. And the basic version of Mitsubishi ASX competes with Opel Crossland X (I will tell you soon), Suzuki Vitara, Renault Duster, SEAT Arona: they are smaller in size, but at a comparable price they can give an “automatic”, four-wheel drive, more equipment. Frankly, even after the update, the Mitsubishi ASX 2020 feels its age - and I cannot globally change the conclusions of the previous article: "this is just another crossover."

 Here I would put an end to it, if not for a man on the street with interrogations: “How is the car? I think to take my daughter. " We started talking: he has a 6-year-old Mitsubishi ASX with a mileage of 90 thousand km, which required only maintenance, without repairs. We have already toured a couple of dealers, looked at the competitors, but Mitsubishi is a priority due to a certain loyalty to the brand. And then I saw before my eyes a portrait of this “new Mitsubishi client”, which was discussed at the presentation: for a daughter-buyer, the final opinion of her father and the phrase “does not break” will mean much more than any innovation or model relevance. From this point of view, the Mitsubishi ASX 2020 must meet the most basic expectations of a novice motorist: to be reliable, to drive comfortably, to be guaranteed to deliver to the destination. And in such "basic needs for life" the Mitsubishi ASX 2020 crossover looks worthy.
